  • Porcelain Inlays

  • This patient had a previous composite filling that failed due to bacterial leakage and decay. All defective portions of the tooth were removed and replaced with a small porcelain insert that blended seamlessly with the adjacent tooth structure.

  • Porcelain Crowns

  • A classic case of a large and failing amalgam filling left the tooth gray and unsightly. The filling was removed and 3/4 porcelain crown was then placed to resume functionality while also giving a more uniformed look with the adjacent teeth. Notice and compare the CEREC to the traditional porcelain-fused-to metal crown behind it.

  • The patient had a root canal done, thus needing a crown to reinforce tooth structure and retain funtionality. A CEREC crown was fabricated, making the treated tooth virtually undetectable.

  • This tooth had root canal treatment done due to a old and cracked amalgam filling. The tooth was then prepared, removing all defective portions of the tooth and in its place a CEREC E-max crown was cemented, which is a monolithic lithium silicate porcelain capable of withstanding the greatest of chewing forces. And all done in less than a week, instead of the standard 2-3 weeks waiting period for traditional crowns.

  • This patient wanted to remove any signs of wear and tear, as well as "straighten" her teeth without having to go through orthodontic treatment. By placing porcelain crowns on the front four teeth, she was able to create a straighter, more lustrous smile in less than six weeks.

  • Porcelain Veneers

  • Patient had small, worn teeth as a result of bruxism (grinding). By restoring eight of his teeth with veneers, he was able to regain fullness in his smile, giving him a more youthful look.

  • This patient was not happy with his smile for a number of reasons: His teeth were dark yellow, discolored and malaligned. He was placed in Invisalign trays for eight months, which doubled as his bleaching trays for the time being. Once completed, I then placed 8 porcelain veneers on his top teeth to improve esthetics. The patient will have his lower teeth restored in the future.

  • Pt had peg-like centrals and incisors with large spaces that were replaced with four veneers, revealing a more attractive smile.

  • This patient had her laterals congenitally missing and her cuspids were moved with braces to compensate for the defect. However, it did little to create an appealing smile line. By placing veneers and adjusting the edges, she now has a more natural, more esthetic look and can smile with confidence.

  • This patient's teeth were uneven in length and worn. We restored her smile by recapturing length and symmetry to her front four teeth, creating a fuller appearance to her smile.

  • CEREC Same Day Crowns

  • The patient had a root canal done, thus needing a crown to reinforce tooth structure and retain funtionality. A CEREC crown was fabricated, making the treated tooth virtually undetectable.

  • Orthodontics

  • This 30 year old patient wanted straight teeth without compromising sound tooth structure (i.e., restorative work) to achieve it. Teeth were extracted to accomodate severe overcrowding and was in treatment for a number of years, but the results were worth the effort. She now smiles confidently, no longer self conscious about her teeth.

  • This patient was 12 years old when we began treatment. This was a simple, non-extract case, spanning the course of 24 months. The patient is obviously pleased with the results.
